Drug–Food Interaction: Avoid grapefruit juice, as it can reduce the effectiveness of Bilastine.
Drug–Disease Interaction: Use caution if you have kidney or liver impairment, urinary tract obstruction, enlarged prostate, asthma, or gastric ulcers.
